How I build the systems behind customer acquisition, conversion, and growth.
A closer look at projects where I designed marketing operations, customer journeys, automation workflows, and growth systems across real businesses.
Overview
Three examples of how I think and build.
LuxLav
Designing marketing operations, lead qualification, segmentation, nurture campaigns, and HubSpot systems for a $4M+ manufacturer.
02Rockstar Homes
Built a digital lead generation engine from zero through SEO, paid acquisition, messaging, and conversion strategy.
03With Wellness
Built a premium self-service wellness business across brand, website, operations, automation, customer journey, and physical experience.
Case Study 01
Building the marketing operations system behind a high-volume customer acquisition engine.
LuxLav is a $4M+ manufacturer generating hundreds of inbound inquiries each month. My work focuses on turning that demand into a more structured, segmented, and scalable customer acquisition process.
The problem
LuxLav had strong inbound demand, but lead quality, buyer intent, timeline, product interest, and follow-up priority were not structured and utilized inside the CRM.
The strategy
I designed a system around lead qualification, buyer segmentation, lifecycle stages, HubSpot properties, automated workflows, nurture email campaigns, and specific dashboards.
Why it matters
The goal is to help the sales team quickly identify the highest-priority opportunities while creating better follow-up systems for warm, long-term, support, and referral relationships.

Systems Built Around
Case Study 02
Built a digital lead generation engine in a competitive real estate niche.
Rockstar Homes had no website, no paid acquisition, and no reliable digital lead source. I built the full acquisition system from the ground up.
The problem
The business needed a new digital acquisition channel in a difficult niche where search visibility is competitive and paid budgets can be wasted quickly.
The strategy
I built a focused acquisition system around local search architecture, seller-focused copy, technical SEO, Google Ads, conversion forms, and landing page optimization.
Why it worked
The strategy worked because SEO, paid search, messaging, and conversion design supported each other instead of functioning as disconnected tactics.
Case Study 03
Built a premium wellness business from concept to automated execution.
With Wellness began as a market opportunity: create a private, self-service wellness experience in Fayetteville with minimal manual operational burden.
The opportunity
Wellness demand was growing, but Fayetteville lacked a direct private sauna, cold plunge, and recovery experience designed around convenience and affordability.
What I built
I created the brand, pricing, website, copy, booking flow, automation systems, customer journey, physical layout, and operational structure.
The challenge
The hardest problem was making a physical, self-service experience feel reliable, premium, and clear without constant staff oversight.
Customer Journey
Booking, Payment & Access Workflow
Connected booking, payment, waiver collection, reminders, access instructions, and follow-up into one customer journey.
Weather Decision Automation
Used forecast data and business rules to support cancellation decisions and customer communication.
Stripe Refund Automation
Connected payment records to booking logic for cleaner refunds and less manual reconciliation.
IoT Sauna Preheat Automation
Connected booking timing to physical sauna readiness so the customer experience could be prepared before arrival.
